The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information collected from job applicants. This Applicant Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect applicant information during the recruitment and hiring process.
Scope
This policy applies to all individuals who apply for employment with the Company, including applicants for full-time, part-time, exempt, temporary, seasonal, or internship positions.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless required or permitted by law.
How We Use Applicant Information
Applicant information is used for legitimate business and employment-related purposes, including:

The Company does not sell applicant personal information.

Applicant information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If an applicant is hired, relevant information will become part of the employee’s personnel file.
Data Security
The Company takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard applicant information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All applicant information will be stored through Paylocity Recruiting and Onboarding services.
Applicant Rights
Applicants may have certain rights regarding their personal information, including the right to request access to or correction of their information. Requests should be directed to the Company’s Human Resources or Administrative department.
Accuracy of Information
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the application process is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from consideration or withdrawal of an employment offer. If employed, false or misleading application information may result disciplinary action up to and including termination.
