If you are not selected for the position, we may keep your data on file for a limited period (usually no longer than twelve months) in case future opportunities arise. If you are hired, your personal data will be transferred to our employee records and governed by our IT Policies and Procedures.

  • Correction:      You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Deletion:      You can request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal or contractual requirements
  • Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, although this will not affect the legality of any processing that occurred before the withdrawal. By withdrawing your consent, you also are requesting that we delete your personal data, subject to legal or contractual requirements
