This Privacy Practices for Job Applicants Policy (“Applicant Privacy Policy”) describes how Renewing Management, LLC, (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information in connection with our recruiting activities.
 

If you access or use our website to submit a job application, or otherwise submit a job application to us, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Applicant Privacy Policy. The Applicant Data collected from you will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the specific purpose for which it will be used. In addition, the Applicant Data will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected.
 

Sensitive Applicant Data

Sensitive Applicant Data is Applicant Data submitted through our website that reveals racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, a mental or physical health diagnosis made by a health care provider, sexual orientation, or citizenship or immigration status; genetic or biometric data that is processed for the purpose of uniquely identifying a specific individual; personal data collected from a known child; and precise geolocation data. By submitting your job application, you consent to our use of Sensitive Applicant Data.
 

How We Use Applicant Data

We use your Applicant Data for a variety of purposes related to the job application process, including to:

· Analyze your qualifications for the job you applied for and other jobs;

· Communicate with you regarding your job application, inquiries, and requests, other job openings, and important notices; 

· Conduct criminal history, background, and employment checks, if we offer you a job;

· Comply with applicable laws and regulations (including recordkeeping and tax obligations), assist and respond to law enforcement requests, and respond to regulatory or other legal inquiries, including court orders; 

· Verify requests made pursuant to the Applicant Privacy Policy; and

· Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it or consent.
 

How We Disclose Applicant Data

We may disclose your Applicant Data as follows:

· To our third-party service providers and vendors;

· To affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies of Renewing Management; 

· In the event of a merger, acquisition, transfer, sale, or change of control of Renewing Management;

· When necessary to comply with applicable law and respond to requests from law enforcement agencies or other government authorities or third parties, as permitted by law.
 

We will not sell your Applicant Data to third parties or use your Applicant Data for targeted advertising.

You have certain rights to your Applicant Data submitted through our website, including:

· To confirm whether or not we process your Applicant Data and to access such Applicant Data;

· To delete your Applicant Data collected and maintained by us;

To exercise or inquire about your consumer rights under this Applicant Privacy Policy, please email us at info@renewinginc.com.  Please indicate in your communication your state of residency.  To protect your Applicant Data, when submitting your request, please provide information sufficient for us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Applicant Data and describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to it.  Note, we may deny your request in whole or in part if we cannot verify your identity. We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt of the request unless we need to extend our response by another 45 days.
 

You have the right to appeal our decision with regard to your request.  To do so, please send an email to info@renewinginc.com, with the word “Appeal” in the subject line. We will issue you a response on your appeal within 60 days of receipt of your appeal. 

We will not discriminate based on the exercise of these rights.
 

Retention and Disposal

We retain your Applicant Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, for legitimate business reasons, or as required by law.  We may need to keep your data for longer than our specified retention periods to honor your requests or to comply with legal or other obligations.  When we dispose of information, we use secure means, such as either physically or electronically erasing information or making it anonymous in a non-recoverable manner.
