· Conduct criminal history, background, and employment checks, if we offer you a job;
· Comply with applicable laws and regulations (including recordkeeping and tax obligations), assist and respond to law enforcement requests, and respond to regulatory or other legal inquiries, including court orders;

How We Disclose Applicant Data
We may disclose your Applicant Data as follows:

Note, we may deny your request in whole or in part if we cannot verify your identity. We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt of the request unless we need to extend our response by another 45 days.
You have the right to appeal our decision with regard to your request. To do so, please send an email to info@renewinginc.com, with the word “Appeal” in the subject line. We will issue you a response on your appeal within 60 days of receipt of your appeal.
