Text Messaging Platform

Summus utilizes Paylocity Recruiting as its applicant tracking and recruiting communication platform. Candidate text message communications may be processed and stored within the Paylocity system to facilitate recruiting activities and maintain appropriate hiring records. Access to this information is limited to authorized recruiting, human resources, and hiring personnel.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect candidate information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Paylocity also maintains security controls designed to protect data stored within its recruiting platform. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

Candidate text message records and related recruiting information are retained only as long as necessary to support our hiring process, maintain employment-related records, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Once information is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or disposed of in accordance with our record retention practices.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number during the application process, you consent to receive recruiting-related text messages from Summus regarding positions for which you have applied. Message frequency will vary depending on the status of your application and hiring activity. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or consideration for employment. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from us. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Opting out of text messages will not affect your application for employment or consideration for current or future opportunities.
