Radiology Associates of Tallahassee ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of job applicants. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data submitted through our recruitment process, in accordance with applicable federal and Florida state laws.

This policy applies to all individuals who apply for a position with Radiology Associates of Tallahassee, Southeast Radiology Partners or Tallahassee Diagnostic Imaging, including full-time, part-time, temporary, intern, and contract roles, and who submit personal information through our careers portal, email, in person, or via third-party job platforms.

  

2. Information We Collect

  • Employment      History: Resumes, CVs, references, employment history, education, and      qualifications.

  • Health      Information (if applicable): In accordance with the Americans with      Disabilities Act (ADA), we may collect limited health-related information      for accommodation purposes during the hiring process.
  • Online      Activity: If you apply through our website, we may collect device      information and usage data for security and analytics purposes (e.g., IP      address, browser type).

  

3. Legal Basis and Purpose for Processing

We collect and process your data for the following purposes:

  • To      assess your qualifications and suitability for a role.
