Applicant Privacy & SMS Communication Policy

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

Opt-Out Procedures

Applicants may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message received from Brabazon.

Applicants who require assistance may reply HELP or contact the company directly using the information provided at the end of this policy.

Once an opt-out request is received, text messaging communications will cease unless the applicant subsequently provides renewed consent.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on an applicant's mobile carrier and service plan. Applicants are responsible for any charges assessed by their wireless service provider. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information Sharing

The Company does not sell applicant information or mobile phone numbers to third parties.

Applicant information may be shared with individuals and organizations that have a legitimate business need to support recruiting and employment activities, including:

  • Human Resources personnel 
  • Hiring managers and supervisors

  • Background screening providers, when applicable
