As part of our recruitment process, Sonoma Community Action Network (“Sonoma CAN”) collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Sonoma CAN retains applicant information for up to three (3) years after submission unless otherwise required by law.
