  • Assessment Materials: Interview notes, test results, reference feedback

  • Work Authorization & Identity Verification
  • Background Checks: Where legally permitted and applicable
  • Other Information: Anything you choose to share with us
     

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your data. All vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Applicant data is retained indefinitely from the date of submission unless otherwise required by law. You may request deletion sooner by contacting us.


6. Your Rights (U.S. / California)

If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information
  • Request deletion (with some exceptions)
  • Learn how your data is collected and used
