This Recruiting feature allows administrators to establish and display a company-specific privacy policy through:

  • An externally hosted privacy      policy webpage or document; or 
  • Customized candidate privacy      policy text directly within the hosted recruiting platform using rich text      editing tools. 

The Privacy Policy link is displayed on all public-facing candidate pages, including:

  • Career landing pages 
  • Job application pages 
  • Interview self-scheduling pages 

Recruiting communications and candidate-facing emails may also reference the company’s custom privacy policy instead of third-party platform privacy policies.
