Privacy Policy for Recruitment Candidates and Applicants

7. Massachusetts-Specific Legal Requirements

  • Ban-the-Box: We do not request criminal history on initial applications unless legally required.
  • Salary History Ban: We do not ask about prior compensation until after a job offer is made.
  • Salary Transparency: As of October 29, 2025, we disclose salary ranges for all roles if we employ 25+ people.
  • Data Privacy: We comply with 201 CMR 17.00, requiring a Written Information Security Program (WISP) to protect personal data.
  • Personnel Records Access: You may request access to your personnel record within 5 business days under M.G.L. c. 149, ยง 52C.
