This Applicant and Candidate Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the practices of Controltouch Systems, LLC ("CTS") concerning the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal data submitted by individuals applying for employment opportunities with CTS ("Applicants" or "Candidates"). This Policy is intended to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

CTS relies on one or more of the following legal bases for processing Applicants’ personal data:
- The Applicant’s explicit consent, where applicable;
