By applying for a position or opting in to text communications, candidates acknowledge and agree to the practices described below.

If you provide your mobile phone number, we may contact you via text message for purposes related to:

  • Interview scheduling
  • Application status updates
  • Follow-up questions
  • Job offer communications
  • Other recruitment-related matters

Text messaging is used solely for hiring-related communication. By providing your mobile phone number during the application process, you consent to receive text messages from World Class Industries regarding employment opportunities.

  • Message frequency will vary based on the stage of the hiring process.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.

Candidates may opt out of text communications at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting us at careers@worldclassind.com. 

We do not sell, rent, or trade candidate personal information. Information may be shared only with:

  • Internal hiring managers and HR personnel involved in the recruitment process
  • Background check providers (if applicable and with separate authorization)
  • Our ATS provider and technology partners solely for recruitment administration

All third-party providers are expected to maintain appropriate data protection standards.  Candidate information will be retained only as long as necessary to:

  • Complete the recruitment process
  • Comply with applicable employment and recordkeeping laws
  • Consider candidates for future opportunities (if applicable)

After that period, information will be securely deleted or archived in accordance with company policy.  We may update this policy periodically.
