Confidentiality
Confidentiality promotes the building and maintaining of professionalism, trust, and confidence. In accordance
with federal and respective state agencies, confidentiality must be maintained and always safeguarded regarding
any paperwork and/or matters dealing with current and former students and families enrolled in the Innovation
Learning program. Additionally, our team members’ private information is confidential and must be protected.
Confidential information is not to be discussed with other team members or any person that is not authorized to
have access to the information.
The following information must not be shared with anyone outside of Innovation Learning:
• Names
• Telephone/fax numbers
• E-mail addresses
• Social Security numbers
• Medical record numbers
• Account numbers
• Full face photo image
• Any other unique identifying number, characteristic, etc.
Confidentiality is extremely important to Innovation Learning and at no time may any team member
provide confidential information to anyone other than Innovation Learning Management.
