This Applicant Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information from California job applicants, former employees reapplying for employment, and internship applicants who apply through our ATS powered by Paylocity.
This notice applies only to applicants applying for positions with Shakey’s USA Inc. in California. Franchise-owned locations maintain separate application processes and privacy practices.
