Step 1 of 5
In order to provide equal hiring, employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy (PRCA) will be based on merit, qualifications and abilities. PRCA does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, or other characteristics protected by law which are prohibited, except as set forth below, as a religious entity. PRCA retains the right and does discriminate on the basis of religion, which includes both issues of belief and conduct consistent with PRCA’s Statement of Faith, Statement on Marriage, Gender and Sexuality, Statement on the Final Authority for Matters of Belief and Conduct, Statement on the Sanctity of Human Life and religious standards. These policies govern all aspects of employment, including recruitment, selection, hiring, job assignment, discipline and termination. All PRCA hiring decisions are subject to the results of a fingerprinting process (based on state and/or federal law and/or school policy). PRCA may also conduct a background check of an applicant for hire. All prospective employees of PRCA must complete the Department of Homeland Security Form I-9 prior to employment. This form is required by law in order to document that each new employee (both citizens and non-citizens) is authorized to work in the United States.
