RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 8 - 10 people to ensure product is putaway effectively and pick bins are replenished for next days orders.

Workflow & Systems: Leverage WMS platform to make informed decisions on priorities and product placements.

Inventory Management: Root cause inventory concerns and minimize defects. Oversee value-add team that preps product for customers.

Process Improvement: Identify/ implement workflow improvement to support growth.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop & track performance metrics to guide direction.

Communication: Provide key updates and escalate issues to leadership as needed.

Adaptability & Continuous Improvement: Embrace change, manage shifting priorities, and foster team growth through upward feedback.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
  • Industry Experience: 1-3 years in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Leadership Experience:1 year as a team lead, shift lead, or related preferred.
  • Skills: Warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).


Salary Description
$60,000 - $65,000 / year
