As a Manufacturing Technician at PURIS you are responsible for running high tech plant systems including spray dryers, separations systems, decanter centrifuges, and other wet process systems. Technicians operate equipment within pre-defined conditions to ensure that quality product is produced within specifications at all times. Close attention to detail, the ability to identify variations, and make adjustments are key in this role. Safety is our #1 priority, therefore Manufacturing Technicians must adhere to all plant policies with regard to Safety, Food Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Summary of Essential Job Functions
Food Safety/Quality Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Technician performs works with plant systems which if not operated properly can effect food safety and quality. This position is responsible for following all plant GMP and food safety/quality procedures, monitoring of critical control points, and record keeping. This position is backed up by the Shift Team Lead as well as other trained Manufacturing Technicians.
