Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator position is an engaging role that will leverage insights and reliability to develop a competitive advantage for Cushman & Wakefield |Commercial Advisors’ Project Development service line. This position will require a basic understanding of the design and construction process as key responsibilities include tracking and coordinating all aspects of real estate development. This is a great position for someone who likes to run with a direction, find problems and build solutions with guidance and support.


Functions & Responsibilities:

• Participate and keep minutes during project meetings 

• Update project agendas and status reports 

• Maintain financial data relative to all projects and program development 

• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices associated with the project

• Prepare architectural and construction fee comparisons 

• Prepare Draft RFP documents for architectural and contracting services 

• Prepare property condition reports and participate in necessary site visits 

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors 

• Conduct project site inspections and communicate with stakeholders and project team members regarding significant findings 

• Assist in managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders including communicating project updates

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, utilizing Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.

• Assist in expanding client development efforts and exploring new opportunities for the growth of the service line 

• Work as part of a team to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget


Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Detail and deadline oriented with a proactive approach to work 

• Experience building project schedules and budgets

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Ability to maintain and grow relationships

• 2+ years well-rounded experience in design or construction or bachelor’s degree in related field

• Real world construction experience preferred

• Competent in latest version of AutoCAD and Revit preferred

• IT skills are a plus

• Licensure not required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel from floor to floor and may be required to travel outside in varying outdoor weather conditions.
