  • This role is 100% onsite in Vandalia, Ohio.

Scope Of the Role:

  • Develop customizes solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Design, code and implement Salesforce applications
  • Manage Salesforce data - maintain, improve and update data
  • Build, customize, and support objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.), workflows, reports, or dashboards
  • Develop methods for integrating different products so they work properly together with Salesforce
  • Accountable for the ongoing implementation of systems, tools and processes that drive meaningful improvement in company growth and development
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to continually streamline and optimize processes
  • Own reporting and dashboards to monitor performance 
  • Some travel required – branch visits, trade shows, etc.
  • Monitor health of Salesforce system operations. Test and approves system changes prior to deployment
  • Other duties that may or may not be within the typical scope of the role

  Required Skills and Experience:

  • An associate degree in computer science, information systems or similar
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • 1 – 2+ years’ experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, energetic, problem solver who thrives in a fast paced and ever evolving environment
  • Diligence and attention to detail, able to listen, learn, and put into practice
  • Advanced skill in the use of software applications including MS Office products
  • Role is 100% onsite - Casual office environment - Sitting, standing, and walking
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Must be eligible to work in The United States. No sponsorship offered
  • Work is in office and shop environments with exposure to varying degrees of temperatures, noise as well as other elements found in an equipment or construction type environment

Preferred but Not Required: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications
  • Working knowledge of Tableau and or Power BI
  • Equipment rental or other utilization driven work experiences
  • Wynne Systems ERP experience
Salary Description
$65,000 - $75,000/year + Bonus Potential
