Members of this fast-growing Client Delivery team are healthcare-experienced, client-facing project managers, who have worked directly in roles involving integrations and interfacing across health systems.
The Implementation Specialist works directly with the customer and associates across several departments to manage customer project implementations. This position demands attention to detail, a thorough command of organization and communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position is responsible for on-boarding our clients with the products that they purchased, supports the customer while ramping, and transitioning to full-time support after the client’s program is stable.
Manage the full life-cycle for a variety of integration projects and client delivery initiatives
Develop a full understanding of Bridge Connector’s product offering, and how it fits into today’s marketplace
Liaise with Account Management, Product, Sales and Technology teams to ensure all project requirements are addressed
Oversee all aspects of the projects and adheres to deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the status of the project
Provides project plan updates via project tools or respective documents on a regular basis
Handles small to medium sized client programs, while working with the Product Team, Development team, the customer and other associates for a successful customer implementation
Collects all necessary data from the client to accurately complete the setup and implementation
