REVELxp is looking for an eager, collaborative and analytical individual to support the sales team for premium ticket and hospitality packages. As a Premium Sales Coordinator, you will provide services in support of the team selling premium inventory for the College Football Playoff, and report to the Vice President of Premium Sales. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional who is passionate about sports business sales, creating elite VIP experiences, and working collaboratively with a team to achieve results.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:

  • Support all aspects of sales by creating and managing documents and processes such as contracts, amendments, invoices, payment schedules and ticket manifests
  • Identify, qualify, and track opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Implement a multi-tiered touchpoint plan to set appointments for premium sales team with executive leaders
  • Call on prospects for the purchase of premium ticket and hospitality inventory 
  • Generate sales reports as requested for premium sales to analyze trends and assist in meeting sales projections
  • Communicate effectively through clear and ongoing interaction with premium sales clients regarding payments, ticket requests, service questions and other inquiries
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of tickets to premium sales clients
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in a sales environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive professional relationships and interact comfortably with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivation that drives individual results while being a strong team player.
  • Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Coachable in best practices
