Description


The Project Management Coordinator leads key Harvest Outreach Ministries (HOM) projects, handles billing for marketing accounts, coordinates and assigns multiple projects and tasks to the marketing team, and tracks progress for marketing activity. This position must have a strong ability to relate well with others and communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing); act as the point of contact between departments and for outside vendors; be highly organized and prioritize multiple competing tasks in a professional and detail-oriented manner. He/She serves with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Harvest’s mission, culture, and values. 


Requirements

      

  • Assign and monitor tasks, review and create projects, summarize and report the progress of projects, lead project meetings, and set deadlines.
  • Provide information to internal and external vendors and negotiate quotes on projects.
  • May prepare daily project status reports.
  • Gather information, such as pricing, sales, marketing methods, and distribution to analyze Harvest’s position in the marketplace.
  • Create purchase orders and invoices to send to accounting; resolve accounting issues as necessary. 
  • Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data to measure and assess product satisfaction.
  • Attend staff meetings to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of products or services.
  • Monitor industry statistics and follow trends.
  • Act as liaison and point of contact for key vendor relationships. 
  • Work with outside vendors to negotiate quotes on projects.
  • Build and develop constructive/cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
  • Creates reporting on marketing’s key performance indicators.  
  • Monitor key corporate email inboxes. 
  • Manage and triage new marketing projects requested by Marketing Director or Marketing Manager.
  • Create marketing calendars in work management software and ensure execution. 
  • Monitor vacation schedules.
  • Represent Harvest in a professional and positive manner to external sources.
  • Physical requirements, with or without accommodation, include long periods of sitting, repetitive hand motions due to keyboard typing, answering phones, handling materials and looking at the computer screen for long periods of time.

Salary Description
$28 - $32 / Hour
