We are seeking a top-notch Technical Recruiter to add to our recruiting team that will focus on filling positions within our technology, IT, and Product teams as well as support in other areas. A good understanding of technology specific roles and the ability to talk the ‘language’ is required. If this sounds like you, join our mission to build the best last mile in the nation.

  • Identifying qualified technical professionals, through various sourcing techniques (applications, job boards, database, social media, referrals etc.) and serve as the main point of contact for all candidates throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates and match them with job openings that meet their preferences and career goals.
  • Negotiating compensation and communicating all incentives to attract and hire the best candidates for our team.
  • Consult with leaders and hiring managers on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates.
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
  • Place and update all job postings to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants.
  • Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

  • Experience building and executing pro-active sourcing strategies for hard to fill specialty positions 
  • Applicant tracking systems experience
  • Internet sourcing experience
  • Experience recruiting for multiple job openings simultaneously
  • Ability to build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Experience consulting on and negotiating complex compensation packages
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures
  • Experience consulting on recruiting policies and best practices with peers, leaders, and business partners
  • Ability executing in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience for internal and external candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
  • Experience staying current with recruiting industry trends, developments, and technologies
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
