Overall responsibility:  

The Product Marketing Manager leads the outbound marketing activities. Responsible for presenting products to strengthen company brand and increase sales. The individual will be the liaison with the product team to ensure products are well-positioned to successfully go-to-market.


 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Study Trellance’s portfolio of products and services to deliver superior marketing and sales messaging.
  • Translate technical product and service delivery details into benefits for Trellance clients.
  • Produce collateral for distribution online and at in-person tradeshows and events.
  • Follow and analyze market trends and competitive products to position products.
  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching).
  • Ensure successful product launches by producing training materials and course creation using our content management platform, HighSpot.
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns).
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Minimum Education/Experience: BSc/BA from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications or similar plus a minimum of four (4) years in the related field preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the related field.


Other Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role.
  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial industry, or other specialized B2B industry is a must.
  • Familiarity with product marketing tactics (e.g. sales training, sales enablement, product management).
  • Excellent communication skills.
