Description
Archetype is seeking a Business Development Representative to work with our fast-growing sales and marketing team to pursue new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. This role’s responsibilities include:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails & other innovative ways
- Present our company to potential clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Outside Sales team.
- Report to the SVP | Business Development on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Requirements
Required Qualifications: (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Passionate about sales and technology
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with selling services
Preferred Qualifications: (Nice-To-Have)
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive or similar role
- BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience with Marketing Automation Pardot
- Understanding of EPM/CPM Solutions such as HFM, FCCS, Anaplan, OneStream, etc.
- Understanding of Modern Analytics Solutions technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Fivetran, Dataiku, DataRobot, Matillion, Tableau, dbt, Thoughtspot, etc.
