Description

Archetype is seeking a Business Development Representative to work with our fast-growing sales and marketing team to pursue new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. This role’s responsibilities include:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails & other innovative ways
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Outside Sales team.
  • Report to the SVP | Business Development on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Requirements

Required Qualifications: (Must Have)

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Passionate about sales and technology
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with selling services

Preferred Qualifications: (Nice-To-Have)

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive or similar role
  • BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Pardot
  • Understanding of EPM/CPM Solutions such as HFM, FCCS, Anaplan, OneStream, etc.
  • Understanding of Modern Analytics Solutions technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Fivetran, Dataiku, DataRobot, Matillion, Tableau, dbt, Thoughtspot, etc.
