Position: Mercantile Manager Status: Hourly, Part Time

Rate: Level V Reports to: Store Manager

Listing Information:

Pay Level 5 - Department Head

Reports Directly to: Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Opening & Closing of Mercantile

Management of staff and Mercantile space

Merchandize and present products in an appealing way

Providing monthly updates to all cashiers and bi-weekly huddles with other MOD's

Track all call outs, tardiness, and find coverage for open shifts

Write Schedule

Performance Reviews

Attend auctions with Store Manager for product

Knowledgeable and comfortable in price negotiations on products purchased at auctions, estate sales

Price products to resell appropriately

A social media enthusiast to promote the Mercantile business

Hours:

Must be available on the weekends 10-5 

Flexible during the week
