Primary job responsibilities include:

· Operate, program and maintain robotic bend/brake machines, including charting machine performance and administering routine checks/maintenance

· Read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings

· Plan sequences of operation to achieve optimal precision and tolerances

· Prepare raw materials for production, ensuring material quality prior to production sequence

· Adhere to all standards of quality and safety 

Key skills include:

· Advanced knowledge of sheet metal forming

· In-depth knowledge of sheet metal properties and sheet metal forming

· Basic computer skills. 

· Experience working in ERP systems. 

· Part nesting experience is a plus.

· A desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements.
