Description

We are growing and expanding our leadership team.  We are seeking an experienced and talented HR leader to head up our Human Resources team.  Stellar Senior Living currently employees 2200+ at 26 senior living communities across the Western US.  The Director of Human Resource leads a team of seven professionals overseeing the following areas:

  • Payroll & benefits
  • Talent Management and Recruiting
  • Employee training and development
  • Risk management
  • Growth planning
  • Program/Policy development, implementation and administration

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $100,000 - $130,000 annual base salary

Requirements

Our ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience:

  • 7+ years as an HR leader
  • PHR, SHRM cert, or other HR credentials
  • Bachelors degree or higher in human resources, business, communications, or related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and multiple projects
  • proactive problem solver and can do attitude (The answer is yes, now lets figure out how to get there)
