Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic LPN to join our team. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. This portion of the work will often focus on relationships with others; correct handling of details dealing with others is necessary to maintain and grow relationships.

Requirements
  • Collect and accurately document patient intake, including medical history and current concerns
  • Report patient findings and updates to the provider clearly and efficiently
  • Prepare, set up, and assist with dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, excisions, skin surgeries, and cosmetic treatments
  • Collect vital signs
  • Clean, sterilize, and prepare medical instruments
  • Administer local anesthetics (inject numbing medication) as directed by the provider
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medication use, and aftercare instructions
  • Conduct follow up calls for patients after appointments or if any questions arise
  • Ensure rooms are stocked daily
  • Participate in daily huddles with providers and support staff
  • Participate in additional projects as outlined by team leaders
