Senior Director, Data Management (TS)

  • Responsible for leading the teams of Data Analysts, Data Governance, Data Quality, guiding them to solve complex issues 
  • Responsible to manage the team’s performance goals, reviews, appraisals
  • Serve as liaison between IT and the business to lead the data gathering requirements, data mapping. 
  • Be an ambassador for alignment to data strategy including data dictionaries, metadata, profiling, and data lineage, to our clients.
  • Interact with key internal and external business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, scope and develop customer centric products
  • Lead multi-functional efforts to ensure data security, data privacy and data access is well governed
  • Effectively manages resources to implement ongoing projects, enhancements, initiatives and/or problem resolutions.
  • Provides leadership by setting priorities, assigning work and coaching / mentoring unit members.
  • Responsible for the recruitment and development of needed talent for meeting long-term business goals.
  • Deliver mechanisms to measure and report on quality of data
  • Other duties as assigned.




  • 10 years of data management experience in designing and delivering complex solutions 
  • 8+ years of supervisory experience, managing technology and data analysis team(s) in a fast-pacing environment. 
  • Must have experience managing 15+ people 
  • Must have experience with delivering Data Management Products – internally, and for our clients
  • Must be client facing – leading efforts to deliver end to end Data Management solutions for our clients, Technology Assessments, to name a few.
  • Advanced  SQL knowledge – experience with Snowflake / Databricks a big plus 
  • Proven experience implementing modern Cloud Data Platforms – preferably on Azure 
  • Experience implementing Data Profiling and Data Quality solutions, and best practices
  • In depth knowledge of data warehouse/BI solutions
  • Experience working with any of the following platforms: Episys, Ultra Data, Keystone, XP2, DNA, New Solutions, Spectrum, Meridianlink, Mortgagebot, PSCU. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to translate business requirements into clear Technical specifications for the development team
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as R, Python.
