The Warehouse Administrative Assistant is a cross-functional role between Warehouse and Clerical for the Winston Salem DC. Responsible for special orders (SAP) (Produmex) (WMS). Work with Warehouse Manager to monitor and respond to warehouse emails. Support Warehouse Manager in day-to-day warehouse needs. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Performing the processing and delivery of internal orders from of SAP.
  • Creating international shipment documentation along with Shipping labels/BOLs.
  • Set up LTL shipments for Warehouse. 
  • Make inventory adjustments in the system as needed while maintaining appropriate support to back up the adjustment.
  • Provide back-up during absences of the Warehouse Manager and/or Warehouse Lead.
  • Assist as needed with Receiving.
  • Other duties as assigned
