Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing information about insurance products and services to current and prospective clients. This position is also responsible for offering necessary assistance, support, and responding to changing client needs. They will also provide administrative support to the agency and it's agents in order to insure a good overall client experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A smile and great attitude!
- CSR experience preferred but not required
- Experience with standard business applications
- Organized, self motivated
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Salary Description
$13.00 per hour/$27,040 annually
