 Description

ENE Systems of New Hampshire is looking for an experienced project manager with at least 3 years experience in HVAC systems.  

Over the course of a project, the Project Manager will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule.  Important duties and responsibilities for a Project Manager include:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend job Kickoff Meetings. Review submittals and project scope with Saleperson, Technical Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager for the timely purchase of all job materials.
  • Delegating tasks on the project to Installation technicians best positioned to complete them.
  • Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Communicate with Operations Manager and Technical Manager to keep the project aligned with their goals.
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
  • Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time.
  • Monitor labor hours on each project and manage projects to be installed at or under the estimated hours.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager for scheduling of programmers and graphics technician.
  • Provide engineering support for project layout and configuration as needed.
  • Ensure accurate  ield as-built documentation is kept and passed along to Engineering.

 Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:

  • Familiar with the HVAC industry standards and codes.
  • Familiar with low voltage electrical codes and installation standards
  • Prior experience in the installation of building automation systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in personnel management
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
