GoldenWolf is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) that will provide technology and platform systems leadership to our internal and external customers. The CIO will be an executive leader and key stakeholder in GoldenWolf’s corporate vision. The CIO will lead, maintain, and grow key relationships with internal and external business partners and will require the ability to balance strategic leadership with the delivery of daily and ongoing Information services. 

 
 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead the IT and Software Development Directorates/Teams
  • Manage, grow and optimize a great team with emphasis on teamwork and technical mastery
  • Understand and implement overarching federal contractor IT and Software Development compliance requirements and any additional federal client requirements to include Department of Defense
  • Seek continuous improvement in technology platforms and processes 
  • Key stakeholder in internal and external business processes 
  • Lead development projects to include budget, schedule, and resourcing 
  • Develop and lead technology initiatives that align business development, internal customers and external clients
  • Collaborate across directorates providing business process analysis and identify areas of improvement
  • Select, oversee and nurture our relationships with external vendors and consultants
  • Collaborate with members of the executive team to identify ways IT can assist the company in achieving business and financial goals
  • Identify new strategies and technologies; evaluate resulting organizational impacts.
  • Ensures that IT and network infrastructure adequately support the company’s computing, data processing and communications needs
  • Develop and implement the GoldenWolf Information Services budget
Requirements

  Education and Experience

  • BS/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field required; MS/MA/MBA is preferred
  • Significant experience in and understanding of federal and DoD contracting IT and Software Development compliance requirements 
  • Expertise in planning, budgeting, evaluation, and implementation of IT and Software Development initiatives with the ability estimate total cost of ownership and cascading consequences of implementation
  • Experience managing Azure and O365 centric environments
  • DevSecOps and Agile exposure/experience
  • Experience working at the intersection of new and legacy systems
  • Proven ability to deliver superior results on high-level programs and projects
  • Deep expertise with product management and agile delivery practices
  • Collaborative, strategic thinker who leads with honesty, transparency, and vision
  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement and forward-thinking mindset
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentations
  • Ability to articulate technology impact to business customers at all levels
  • Ability to listen, synthesize, and build consensus astutely and with superior judgement
  • Ability to attract, retain, develop, and motivate high quality professionals

 COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement


As Federal Contractors, GoldenWolf is committed to complying with all COVID-19 safety protocols detailed in President Biden’s Executive Order 14042, Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors and the related requirements issued by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force.


All GoldenWolf employees are required to be fully vaccinated by January 18, 2022 unless a medical or religious exemption has been granted.  New employees are required to be fully vaccinated or seek and receive an approved exemption to the vaccination requirement by January 18, 2022.  All exemption requests are subject to a review board. In the event an exemption has been granted, the employee must comply with all COVID-19 safety protocols mandated by our customers and the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force, including but not limited to frequent testing and attestation in compliance with the EO.  Contract and site-specific vaccination requirements, if more strict, will take precedence over GoldenWolf's vaccination policy. 


Salary Range: $110,000.00-$140,000.00/annually. (Compensation based upon experience and skill level.)


Job Type: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
