The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Digital Development Manager to collaborate with the CSTM advertising sales team in developing and presenting digital advertising programs.  The Digital Development Manager will monitor all digital ad campaign execution, and target impression delivery advertiser success metrics.  


  • Collaborate with CSTM ad sales staff to develop new digital advertisers and increase the digital revenue of existing advertisers
  • Create persuasive sales presentations and other sales materials that demonstrate the creative use of CSTM digital assets
  • Approve all creative materials submitted by advertisers for order specifications
  • Ensure all campaigns are properly designed, launched, and completed
  • Optimize all campaigns to improve performance metrics
  • Prepare final campaign performance analysis and report
  • Manage and regularly report on ad inventory
  • Track and regularly report on performance metrics for various digital products and creative types
  • Recommend any changes in digital processes that will lead to improved revenue performance
  • Stay current with all news, products, services, and procedures in the digital advertising marketplace

COVID-19 Requirement: CSTM requires all staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire.


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years working in a digital environment where duties included collaboration with ad sales as well as hands-on responsibility for campaign management, campaign performance, inventory control, and general improvement of the digital environment.

Other Qualifications:

  • Proven project management experience, driving initiatives from conception through completion
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or the equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and creatively problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and conduct primary research
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and other applications
