Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will report to Asurint’s Director of Marketing . This position will help build brand awareness and generate revenue through partner-marketing and field sales activities and events. 


Responsibilities

  • Support the Partner’s initiatives with the executing marketing programs such as email drip campaigns, user conference event promotion, and collateral for our partners.
  • In concert with the Marketing Manager, coordinate user conferences and trade shows, including overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors, creating marketing collateral and booth elements.
  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, and testing for Asurint’s Partner team and Field Sales.
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
  • Other duties as required.



Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills are required.
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
  • Must have a high level of creativity.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
  • Years of relevant marketing experience: 1-3 years is required.
  • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
  • Experience with background screening is preferred.
  • Driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the Company’s liability insurance carrier is required.

Working Conditions

  • The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of offices, which includes the need for general safe workplace practices with office equipment and computers, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
  • This position is performed in an office setting although off-site meetings in various settings occur.
  • The schedule is generally normal business hours although there is a requirement to perform work, attend meetings and events before or after normal workings hours, and occasionally on weekends and evenings.
  • Some travel by personal automobile and a valid drivers’ license is required. Occasional overnight travel is required.
  • Lift light objects [less than 20 pounds] and carry them short distances [20 feet or less].
