The Role: R2i is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to work on multiple agency accounts. The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for assisting in planning, implementing, and optimizing integrated cross-channel digital marketing programs for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be a digital generalist with strong business acumen and ability to understand both the “why” and the “how” of digital marketing. An understanding of the development and execution of strategy is critical, and the ideal candidate will have experience with strategic discovery, persona creation, competitive analysis, content strategy, campaign ideation, and development of multi-channel marketing plans.
R2i Strategists are expected to be skilled and active listeners who are able to translate big picture, strategic thinking into actionable recommendations that maximize results. The right candidate will be well versed in planning, measurement, and ROI aspects of our projects, as collaboration with the Analytics and Activation teams will be required.
The Digital Marketing Strategist will work closely with more senior level Strategists to uncover and understand what clients are trying to achieve and work tirelessly to ensure the success of projects on time, on budget, and with client and audience goals in mind.
