TPG is currently looking for an experienced revenue-generating and innovative individual to lead and manage the TPG National Sales efforts and overall National go-to-market strategy.

This position is responsible for the formulation, administration, and execution of TPG's Northeast sales strategies



  • Build a collaborative, high-performing team and support their professional growth and development
  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve targeted sales revenue goal and cultivate a culture which ensures an industry leading sales company
  • Provide accurate weekly pacing reports; highlight any major developments to CRO 
  • Coach and oversee the General Managers to develop sales and pricing strategies to maximize asset yields, which includes a unique mix of non-traditional marketing channels and a focus on digital sales
  • Recruit, train and motivate the general managers, account executives and other sales associates including but not limited to - prospecting skills, negotiation role play, presentation skills, ride along on sales calls
  • Responsible for leading the overall demand building (sales) activities for assets in market through: weekly sales management meetings; pipeline management tracking and reporting; GM & AE performance coaching and support with key opportunities and accounts; and enforcing consistent and effective use of the CRM system.
  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators and the changing market landscape of sponsorship marketing to include a differentiated product mix that includes digital and social media assets and solutions
  • Accountable for fostering, maintaining, and growing long-term relationships with partner associations and will serve as key contact with leadership beyond on property staff 
  • Develop growth strategies as a part of the Senior Leadership team   
  • Establish and improve monthly forecasting and quarterly business reviews to ensure transparency and accuracy in meeting forecasted growth goals
  • Assist CRO and senior staff in the creation and implementation of a compensation plan for sales executives that motivates individuals to drive revenue while growing overall property profitability



  • Passion for high school athletics and activities
  • Experienced, high-level sales leader with a strong track record of revenue growth 
  • Demonstrated ability to hire and manage new team members to fill gaps in the combined skill set of the team
  • Ability to think creatively about various possible growth paths, create a framework for prioritizing among many potential opportunities, and develop an action and hiring plan to enable TPG to grow sustainably long-term
  • Advanced negotiating skills, ability to identify and influence key decision makers
  • History of success selling to national brands 
  • Effective communication, organizational, presentation, and listening skills 
  • Able to develop and execute strategic plans in order to meet both short- and long-term business objectives
  • Minimum eight (8) years’ experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
