The responsibilities of the E-Commerce Associate are:  

  • Manage/understand all steps of e-commerce website style catalog upload process
  • Manage all steps of e-commerce website style catalog upload process.
  • Evaluate copy and PDP assets through a consumer-focused lens, confirming that the assets and attributes for each product are not only correct but also useful to the consumer.
  • Manage and QA catalog/category set-up for marketing purposes
  • Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiencies within our tools and processes.
  • Manage settings and update/create user accounts in the backends of the websites
  • Participate in site testing to ensure correct presentation and product data integrity.
  • Research and document product attributes that do not automatically flow to digital experience operations to determine whether data was available, which team owned it, and examples of expected values.
  • Help to develop standards and procedure documentation for current and/or future workflows
  • Monitor inventory of products making sure products with inventory are online
  • Quarterly audits of the sites documenting and/or resolving issues or finding areas for merchandise improvement 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop hot-market strategies and timings
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in managing product catalogs for Ecommerce; experience in PIM (Sales Layer) preferred.
  • Experience working in BigCommerce platform is preferred.
  • High attention to detail needed for identification of gaps with catalog set-up.
  • Demonstrated experience in process design & documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary.
  • Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite, Excel experience is a plus.
  • Preferably based in Winston-Salem/Greensboro North Carolina area, but remote is possible with an outstanding candidate.
  • Experience using Airtable a plus
