Quick Quack Car Wash Manufacturing is looking for a Janitor, or Custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintaining of the manufacturing facility.

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition always ready for building tours.

We are in Roseville CA. The hours are 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Mon – Friday. Full-time position. 40 per week. Pay is 15 to 17 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

· Clean and supply designated building areas interior and exterior (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)

· Operate and maintain a floor sweeper

· Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

· Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

· Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

· Stock and maintain supply rooms

· Cooperate with the rest of the staff

· Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements and skills

· Proven working experience as a Janitor

· Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

· Integrity and ability to work independently

· High school degree

· Able to lift 60 pounds overhead

· Floor sweeper experience is a bonus

· Maintain a smart, kind, and driven attitude always

· Forklift experience is a bonus
