The Listing Manager will help lead our team of Listing Agents in the Dallas market area through the creation of MLS drafts, listing descriptions, MLS updates, ShowingTime management, and documentation coordination. They will also have operational experience in implementing policy, reporting trends, and analyzing growth patterns to ensure the team is meeting and exceeding set goals.

THE MARKET: Dallas/Fort Worth


The Listing Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of all listings going live to market in multiple MLS. It is a fast paced role that requires an intense attention to detail and amazing customer service skills. Following up with showing requests, and seeking feedback will require the role to be in professional contact with Agents from other brokerages. MLS approval will require the position to have direct communication with our Valued Sellers and Agents. The Listing Manager is a critical aspect to the operation due to their long term commitment to each listing to ensure feedback is being presented and the MLS is properly reflecting the value of each listing. 

  • Create appealing MLS listings using information from professional photography, real tax information, Seller input, and area expertise. 
  • Research and gather accurate property information for each coming soon listing
  • Collecting, organizing and delivering feedback from other agents and potential buyers 
  • Checking and confirming listing requests
  • Managing inbound communication, ensuring feedback and questions are sent to the appropriate Agent and Transaction Coordination Partner
  • Coordinate documentation required for each listing, ensure all documentation is filled out completely, and in compliance with regulations 
  • Enter all listing information into impacted MLS, updating showing instructions, updates, warranties and romance language
  • Confirm details of each property including, but not limited to, school district, HOA, etc.
  • Work in conjunction with the Director of Operations to ensure WIR clients are raving fans with NPS scores at 9 or higher, create quarterly increases in buy/sell opportunities, outbound referrals, and local client referrals.
  • Provide exceptional service to all Sellers, Transaction Coordinators, and Agent Partners during the listing process
  • Assist operations team in contract management
  • Provide weekly feedback regarding Seller trends and market information 
  • Coordinate and announce local Open Houses 
  • Input updates and information into CRM
  • Ensure compliance of all files 
  • Active Texas Real Estate License 
  • NTREIS experience 
  • Experience in G Suite, Salesforce, and Dallas Associations 
  • Interpersonal skills to help communicate, create, and administer policies
  • Strong personal and professional judgment with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to shifting priorities and initiatives
  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations
