Lotus Café Cashiers serve a wide variety of food and beverages to customers, the cashiers set up and stock supplies at the beginning of their shift, prepare basic quick serve foods and sandwiches, perform basic cashier tasks, operate cash register, take payments, and make change.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Speak English fluently and coherently (bi-lingual a plus).
- Minimum of 6 months of food services experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive guest relations.
- Have excellent communication skills.
Work Hours and Availability:
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Shifts are approximately:
- Swing (5PM to 1AM),
- Grave (10PM to 6AM).
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting compensation is $16.20 hourly, plus tips. Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees including: paid time off, medical, vision, dental insurance, and a 25% employee discount on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Casino M8trix merchandise. Position available for a signing bonus of up to $500. Bonuses only applicable to specific positions, and terms and conditions apply.
