Description

This position is responsible for ensuring the Partner Development team/Enterprise Sales team has the right business intelligence to manage their fiscal Revenue and Margin annual plans and individual partner budgets, while continuing to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of overall business processes. This position is also responsible for all internal and external FP&A including the annual budget, the monthly forecast, the monthly business review, and monthly reporting to the CFO.


This position requires a mix of excellent communication, finance, and analytical skills with a consultative approach, project management, and an understanding of how PICKUP uses various systems to support the business.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities Time Spent %

  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting on key financial and performance metrics and provide inputs to the leadership team 25% 
  • Development and regular updating of the Annual Operating Plan 10%
  • Work with your Manager and the Accounting team to review proper invoicing and expenses for each partner program, including internal cross-charges 10% 
  • Help monitor the sales pipeline tracking and forecasting 10% 
  • Development and maintenance of pricing standards 5%
  • Calculate incentives for certain client programs 5% 
  • Ensure that time-tracking and staff allocations reporting is timely and accurate 15% 
  • Work with Partner Development Managers to identify cost saving/cash flow opportunities and ensure the implementation of the measures 10%
  • Ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed 10%
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting or similar with three to five years of experience, in a retail/merchandising or marketing environment preferred. MBA a plus. 
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of accounting and GAAS.
  • Proven success in a similar role.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership and analytical skills. Ability to interface with sales leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Professional attitude and leadership skills.
  • General awareness of retail or enterprise industry and competitive best practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills (verbal and written).
