We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to be a team member of our Engineering and Maintenance Department. This position requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, including but not limited to the responsibilities listed below. Candidates must be a self-starter and willing to accept “operational responsibility” for equipment, building, and the facility grounds. The position may require working various shifts throughout the year.


  • Diagnose and repair all machinery and process malfunctions. 
  • Knowledge of Gearboxes, mechanical drives, and variable speed applications. 
  • Diagnose and repair pumps, sensors and control valves. 
  • Knowledge of Cylinders, valves, manifolds, vacuum systems, air filtration, and lubrication devices. 
  • Proficient in knowledge of bearings, pulleys, chain drives, belt drives, and lubricants standards and applications. 
  • Prior knowledge of packaging equipment is a plus.
  • Read and decipher mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams. 
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented and “Safety First” environment. Safely, efficiently and effectively work to attain department and brewery goals and objectives. 
  • Identify and address facility problems in both manufacturing and service settings including plumbing, HVAC, functional and cosmetic repairs, etc
  • Identify and address grounds care problems and activities for two facilities including upkeep, irrigation, repair and upgrade. 
  • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs as needed

  • Required 2 years experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Electrical systems installation and/or design is highly recommended. 
  • Experience in the installation and repair of mechanical equipment required. 
  • Skilled in application and use of mechanical tools, hand tools, power tools, verniers, calipers, depth gauges etc. 
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all team members, vendors, and customers. 
  • Good math, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required. 
  • Self Starter and excellent time management skills required
  • Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment. 
  • Proactive and highly effective multi-tasker; resourceful with a “get-it-done, can-do” attitude. .  
  • Physical Demands - Able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis. Tolerate summer/winter temperature conditions in a Production Environment. Be able to stand, twist, and bend as required for 90% of the work schedule.
