Loved…Everywhere!” Our growth requires the building of a top-notch marketing team that includes a Marketing Coordinator that oversees and executes on marketing initiatives in a geographical area and assists with projects and campaigns for the marketing department. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Leader and will oversee a team of Mascot/Event team members in the geographical region they are assigned to. The Marketing Coordinator will also cover a companywide initiative, as assigned. The Marketing Coordinator will be based in one of their assigned regions and will also assist with community events, sponsorship activities, onsite events, and grand opening events (as needed).


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):

· Be accountable for all marketing budgets in the geographical area

· Work closely with store leaders to ensure year-over-year growth in same-store sales

· Encourage and implement programs for community involvement and fundraising

· Networking with Chambers, Schools, Churches, and Government leaders

· Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with all local media outlets as well as youth, collegiate, and professional sports organizations

· Propose, develop, manage and track (ROI) of all marketing initiatives

· Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution including community events in the assigned geographical regions

· Process vendor payments and check requests for sponsorships, events, supplies, etc.

· Handle all raffle/donation/fundraiser requests and coordinate with customers

· Create intakes and manage the progress of events in the marketing process

· Order customer vouchers from our local printer

· Hire, train, and oversee the employment of mascot/event team members


Qualification/Requirement:

· High-level computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets

· Strong written communication skills including editing and proof-reading

· Creative thinking and imagination skills (preferred but not required)

· Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organization skills

· Experience with Adobe products (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator) (preferred but not required)

· Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred, but not required
