Description

An integral member of the CSO's Philanthropy Team, the Office Project Coordinator plays a key role in the implementation and completion of tasks supporting team members and benefiting donors. This includes preparing form letters and mailings, assembling lists in conjunction with the the CSO's database management team, providing administrative support as needed and scheduling meetings and appointments with external stakeholders.


This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with an administrative support background and an interest in the performing arts. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented with a strong customer service background.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the printing and mailing of annual form letters
  • Seasonal project coordination
  • Pull together information packets for meetings with donors and external constituents
  • Routing donor voicemails and emails as needed
  • Work in conjunction with database management team to submit changes and run reports as needed
  • Interact with public in Music Hall hospitality suite as needed (limited seasonal nights and weekends)
  • Administrative support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned based on departmental need




Requirements
  • Experience coordinating projects and/or providing administrative support
  • Experience in using effective communication, problem solving, and listening skills to positively influence a diverse audience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially using Word, Excel (basic level) and PowerPoint
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work limited nights and weekends (2 to 4 hours) twice per month during CSO season (Sept - April)


Reporting Relationship: Assistant Director of Individual Giving

Annual Wage Range: $40,000 - $45,000
