POSITION SUMMARY:
The Teleservices Manager will oversee all call room functions to stimulate ticket sales and donations to support Milwaukee Rep’s work.
Major Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise a staff of 6–10 part time callers during 5 to 6 weekly shifts of 5 hours each.
- Has primary responsibility for the recruitment, screening, and engagement of callers; trains, coaches, motivates, monitors and tracks their performance.
- In coordination with the Director of Development and Director of Sales, implements best call practices for annual giving and Subscription/Single Ticket campaigns, respectively.
- Assists in the development of an incentive bonus plan for callers and recommends appropriate recognition of performance; implements and monitors approved incentive plan.
- Responsible for the development of monthly schedules, established script and call-handling strategies.
- Creates financial tracking documents to monitor COS and efficiency of campaigns.
- Processes orders in Tessitura.
- Participates in calling as needed.
- Maintains constituent records and financial data in compliance with privacy rules and regulations.
- Ensures Teleservices staff adherence to Milwaukee Rep employment policies and standards; reports progress and productivity results.
- Attends and participates in Marketing and/or Development department meetings as needed
- Other duties as needed or assigned.
Technical Knowledge and Experience:
- Qualified candidates will have demonstrated understanding of Sales and Call Room Centers and working with a wide variety people in social settings as well as working in a non-profit environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, and an ability to conceive and shape compelling content
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Google Suite platforms

Additional Requirements:
- A willingness to commit to the mission, vision, and values of the theater
- A valid U.S Drivers License
- Must be able to work some evenings and weekends, on occasion
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state and/or federal laws
