Summary: The Commercial Lending Credit Analyst will perform the credit review, monitoring and structuring of commercial warehouse clients. The Commercial Lending Credit Analyst will effectively communicate with the sales team, clients and internal parties to ensure all Credit Approval Reports, credit analyses and on-going compliance reviews are completed within bank policy 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare written credit analyses on prospective and existing clients for presentation and recommendation to approval authorities, including executive management. Included in this analysis is the spreading of corporate financial statements, preparing and reviewing due diligence questions with client and sales team and legal contract management and review.
  • Monitor ongoing compliance reviews; consisting of quarterly and audited financial statements, UCC filings, and insurance documentation. Maintain all applicable databases and tracking systems, notify appropriate authorities of covenant breaches      and other significant events.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Participate in credit and risk related conference calls with internal parties and clients.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business related area preferred, with coursework in Finance and Accounting a plus.
  • Minimum of one years’ experience in credit analysis and/or commercial lending with knowledge of mortgage banking
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and credit skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments and prioritize to meet varying deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word required
