Legal Administrative Assistant

RIOS has an immediate opening for a Legal Administrative Assistant to ensure our legal operations run smoothly. Smart, resourceful, and versatile candidates will work closely with our in-house attorney organizing, managing, and redlining contracts, reviewing, and preparing contract documents, and supporting a wide variety of RIOS project’s legal and contractual needs. Must be comfortable handling a high volume of legal documents and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate must have experience with the following: 

  • Reviewing nondisclosure agreements against company policies
  • Maintaining files for all fully signed contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with bookkeeping/reporting requirements
  • Reviewing customer and partner POs who do not sign our Orders
  • Drafting of proposals, add services, and other contract documents using pre-approved templates
  • Researching signed contracts, pulling relevant information for internal parties
  • Triage all faxes, courier or mail addressed to Legal
  • Updating DocuSign templates based on changes to signing authority
  • Working with IT teams to manage fixes and enhancements to processes and systems
  • Helping employees with internal legal processes
  • Providing administrative support to In-House Council
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned



  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience using DocuSign
  • Prior Administrative Assistant experience preferred
  • Must be team-orientated
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks

  • Discretion and sound judgment and be capable of handling sensitive materials and maintaining confidentiality
  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Prior experience reviewing confidentiality or nondisclosure agreements preferred
  • Experience using DocuSign
  • Experience in a creative office, business or other legal environment preferred
