Description


DexCare is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our cross-functional team and provide customer-focused product leadership. You will set the vision for a complex problem space based on deep understanding of user and business needs, as well as industry trends.


As Senior Product Manager for Service Lines, you will own the health service lines and modalities to which we can connect patients. Areas of opportunity for expansion include specialty care, urgent care, and chat-based care.

Requirements
  • Create an inspiring vision, strategy, and metrics for your product and problem space
  • Understand the market, competition, and user requirements in detail
  • Translate user needs into meaningful initiatives and stories
  • Partner with commercial, design, and engineering to design, develop, and ship new products and features
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, and develop new enhancements based on data-driven analyses, KPIs, and usability research

Qualifications

  • Product management experience in Agile environments
  • Drive the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
  • Ability to use data at scale, derive insights, and inform strategy
  • Launched successful products

Bonus Experience

  • 6+ years of product manager experience
  • Able to lead with influence, not authority
  • You are a strong storyteller

What do we mean when we say DexCare is in a category of one Simply put, there is no other technology that allows Health Care Networks, Providers (Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, etc.) to see all appointments available in their network in real-time and then match those appointments with patients in need of care.
